Re-Opening
We are excited to start seeing our loyal customers in their new masks! As we all adapt to the new patient standards you can feel confident that our office is doing everything possible to keep you and our staff safe and healthy. We are monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health officials throughout Arizona.
What Fashion Eye Center is doing
Fashion Eye Center will continue to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our locations. We always clean our common spaces and patient treatment rooms every morning and night. Additionally, our treatment devices are always disinfected after each patient.
We have increased our daily disinfectant routine and have implemented a more active sanitizing schedule throughout the day.
We have revised our scheduling to reduce the number of patients we see on a daily basis to half of a normal full schedule. This will increase the time between each patient visit to ensure there are fewer people at both locations and to ensure we have extra time to clean between each patient.
The staff will be wearing a mask and gloves when necessary.
They will wash hands frequently, and use hand sanitizer regularly.
Patient Recommendations
A mask and temperature check is required upon arrival and before entering the office.
We ask that you sanitize your hands and place any frames you try on in a tray so that our staff can properly clean them afterward.
It is important to note that only patients are allowed in the office. If the patient is a minor or otherwise in need of assistance, one person may accompany the patient.
Please click on ONLINE PATIENT FORMS and submit when done we will receive all your information electronically and it is secured.
COVID-19 symptoms can include respiratory symptoms, fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties, and tiredness. Stay home if you are feeling unwell.
Contact Lenses
We will be shipping contact lenses to our patients instead of having them pick up at our offices. This is to reduce the number of patients in the office at any one time.
Picking up Eyewear/ Repairs
We will be doing curbside dispenses, repairs and adjustments.
If you would like to enter the store for a dispense we ask that you call ahead so that we can schedule a time to avoid overcrowding.
We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and inform you of any updates and changes as they arise. Thank you for your patience, resiliency and support during this unusual time.
